The end has come!

No I havent done by conkers and decided to prematurley end my life. The end has come for this blog. 2mor I leave for Chicago for a 1 month on a non poker holiday. Traveling from Chicago to NY hittin 5 of the top 10 party towns in America. When I return to Ireland will start another blog but it will be hosted on my co-owned site with some of my fellow creeps, bloggin on it too but thats for another day.
As you might see from the last entry someone got in to my blog. If anyone has it or knows how to get it could they send it on to me, sounded like it was funny stuff.
Havnt played the last few days just been chilling out, pretending I am on a j1. Hanging out with aload of Galway ppl. I can safely say if I wasnt from the southside of Dublin and had to choose somewhere else in Ireland to be from it would b Galway. Unlike Cork ppl there not horrible inbreed animals who suffer vicously from 2nd city syndrome (I do exclude my main man caoimbh down there in C4(aka rochestown) who by the way is my tip for the Macau festival) or arent like Limerick ppl who are basically the only ppl in Ireland below northsiders. Galwiegns are a lovely bunch and nearly get loike in to sentence as much as me. Now that were all best mates they were telling me they taught I was a bit of an arrogant prick at first. Bit harsh, or so I taught.When I taught about it I did genuienly think I was better than them as I do most ppl when being introduced. Dont have a dictionary handy but thats prob close enuf to a defintion of arrogance.

So here we are 7/12 of the way true the year and in poker terms I have exceeded my own personel expectation of what I hoped to achieve. Nothing drastic beyond expectations but I did set ambitious goals so to be ahead of them is quite good. My game has improved and quiting the job has certainly been a good decesion so far. Getting up 2 o clock to nockin about the pool in Cali is definitley more fun than wakin up at 7.30 a.m and lookin foward to a days work in the cracker factory(kpmg) with the grinders. The result in the wsop was defo the highlight of the years so far and I am hungry for another big tourney result/results. I hope to play 3/4 bigs one before christmas. I am lookin forward to a month chillin with full on hardcore normies and gettin bac and really rippin bac in to the poker.(I doubt a week has gone by in the 3 years where I havnt played poker so I know a breaks means only playen 5/10 hours a week, 2bh I rather die now than not play for a whole week, thats like 168 hrs) I hav a few things in the pipelines regarding poker and hope to get them sorted on my return to Ireland so exciting times ahead.

I am sure this is gettin as boring for you to read as it is for me to write, but anyway. Came in last night slightly pissed and I spun 3.5k up into $23.5k odd. Did put a few beats on ppl but sure thats poker....... Really starting to think I shouldnt be playen unless I hav 2 bottles of vodka(1 in me and the other cocked and ready to go)Ended up gettin $35k profit for the week which eats nicely in to my $80k losses of last month. Drunk play now accounts for over 33% of my profit for the year. I am not quite sure how to interupt this.

Rory's girl friend and some of here mates arrived in the commerce last night. They wanted to go out in Hollywood. Got an hour in on the threadmill before we headed out, which I was very happy with. Had a plan to take it easy on the booze. The girls wanted to go to a night club that the lads in the TV program "The Hills" go to. We get there and theres like no fricking hope of 8 of us gettin in. I had feeling a quick $20 bribe wasnt goin work here. Anyway so I am there creepin at the back of the heard spying on the redic hot burds goin in when were usherd in. Word filters back that we bought a table for $xxx. Wtf that amount to get in to a night club. We got 2 bottles of vodka aswel with it. I decided I was goin get my moneys worth. Next thing I know I am back in the hotel room deciding I am goin giv the tables a spin. Get in to a 10/20 with $3k and am up to $3,500. I am talken the best game in the world and recking every one's head. When the local chinese pro goes,

So we run a holdem hand blind for $3,500 each! Flop aq742, I look down j5. I announced u got me j hi, he goes j hi aswel, i tell him ya got me so I hav 2nd nut low jack. Hes starts goin mad just the j3 for me. I start goin nuts doin the whole hevad khan monkey dance. When a man is down u gotta kick him again so I offer to go double or quits knowing theres no way he could. Then start hammerin with abuse and demanding that he refers to me as hot shot. I am now in full swing screaming abuse at every one at the table. I am hittin cards aswel so am up to $17k before ya know it. I am binning chips like a mother fucker. Have $9k back in my pocket on the sly.
Eventually they cop on and are like you have taken about $3k off the table.
"Oh ur not allowed do that,you are in Ireland, I taught you could do it here, I am such a spa sorry lads" "Well then put it bac on". "tbh lads it is more like $9k and its not goin bac on the table and if you hav a problem I'll leave the game with all your money". Eventually get out of the game winnin $11k which puts me up $9k for the commerce.
On a serious note I try my balls off for 2 days trying to grind profit. Then arrived pissed and scoop the loot. No juatice in life.

Commerce casino rocking my world

The title was meant quite literally. We had an earthquake here yesterday. She gave us a half decent rattle. It was actually very enjoyable as I was still in bed. It was a 5.8 on the wrister scale, would have liked to got in to the 6's, mayb even a small 7. Commerce casino is in Inglewood so would of had a gud view of looting if any of the lads decide to kicked off, but wasnt to be. On the poker front played 4 sessions in the commerce and am down $2,400. Games r soft but I ain't makin hands. Been down $2,400 isnt too bad as am playen 10/20 blinds. Games are good enuf but not as soft as I hoped. Chub played a 15/16 hr session yesterday. He was in a 5/10 max buyin $400 game for 6 buyins ($2,400) and was down to $150, eventually got it all back.
Eoghan O' Dea made it through his heat in the poker million. We spent a week in the hotel room in santa b telling him how he was goin b an embrassment on TV. That Tony G was goin shread him and how embrassing it would b to be beaten by girl. However he walloped the lot of them out the poker and hes in the Ladbrooks poker million semi final.
Also a gud lol ran in to 2 irish guy's in the poker room in Commerce.

Basically finished playing on line til my return to Ireland which is the 8 th of September. Off to the Commerce Casino in LA tomorrow where I'll try grind out some profit for the next 10 days r so. Then I leave for Chicago where I am hooking up with a few normies for a poker free holiday. I think I won $70k in vegas as a result of my result(was up $100k after it). Just lookin over my online figures now and by golly I did my stones online for the holiday. My records while not 100% accurate indicate I did between $45/$50k online for the trip. Still winnin $20k which is ok/fair but I have done $75/$80k in the last month and a half. Kinda scary when I think, fuck I have just dropped $80k and this is the first time I taught fuck theres sumtin wrong with that. Or is there? Poker is a game where variance plays a massive factor and you basically have to embrace it. For sure there is a few spots where I could have avoided loosin some of the $80k,but hey you live and learn.On the flip side theres plenty of spots where I would have went I shouldnt have played that game if I lost but I won so its all gud. No point in using hind sight to beat your self up. But I am on a truly awful run, where I just put my money in and wait for my enemy to hit(I am on a scary run of floppin da nuts). All in all I am reasonably happy with where I am for the year.

Lol was just goin through my accounts(keep a book with weekly figures, year figure toataled and finally a note which will contain my taughts on my games progress, leaks i need to address, things I do right, things I do bad etc) on the 22nd of june I had reached my yearly target. A note with some nice back slapping and basically how evertin was rosey in the garden and that world domination was max a year away but we could be running things by Christmas. Now the 28 th of july and $80k less and I am not allowed to wear a belt or shoe laces, have to eat my dinner with a plastic spoon and am not allowed in any 2nd floor room with a window.Oh wat a difference a month makes.

Sorry for the lack of up dates but it was a technical issue out of my control. Well since I posted last I hav gone on a serious down swing. Evertin was going well up until last thursday. Was up $15k for the day when bang i lost 3 $10k pots and a $15k in plo to go from up $15k to down $5k.
I like to play my poker hard and fast, all well and gud when your winnin but can b a bit of a problem when the cars in reverse. I have slapped another $17k of loses on top of the $5k and am now down $28k since I set my new goal. I was up $11k at one stage in it so by my estimates thats a $40k down swing. Not playen my greatest but not playen badly eithier, its just variance.
Left santa b and in Newport now, was playen on goin to the commerce casino but were goin hav to leave it til next week.

Yesterday chiled out for most of the day,but did a quick $2k before I headed out. As predicted when 4 degenerate life washouts goin on the piss its bound to be a messy one. Anyway standard enuf carnage until we got bac to the room. One of the lads got an old chickeroo bac to the room. Obv filling here in that were the online names. So when I got back she was quickly cross checking the stroy. Still reckoning we were "d4 silver spoon kids" living off the old fellas loot, I lashed open the safe and gave here a gud paddling with a stack of $100. Was quickly told by the lads 2 pipe down dads not sending anymore money over for 2 days and that $$$ has to last. Still not buying the story we booted up the lappers. I quickly scoop $1k, still not convinced me and one of the lads chop the action in the 25/50 on stars. Spinning $3k in to $20k,(she fell asleep after we got to $8k). I jumpd in to another game after and ended up scoopin $14k total for the night. Gud lol wiped out my $11k down swing. She wakes up and was enquiring how we did last night. Ah yeh scooped jusy under $25k between us. She like wtf thats what I earn a year(some cork burd workin some down beat accounting traineeship in KPMG or sumtin). Quickly tellin her its only dols and its no biggy. Avoiding to mention that were doin our absloute concers up till now.

Pain in Paridise

Well we took full advantage of the gud wireless yesterday and spent from sun up til sun down in the hotel potting. Thats not one word of a lie we all played for over 10 hours straight. I did my absolute bollix. So much for just trying to grind out my new goal. Quickly goin $9.5k behind. The others all went deep in one stars tourney or another. Chub came 13th in the $100k $50 fo and 8th in the 4500 runner 10er rebuy. He won $2k but could have been oh so much more. Reesy was deep and had a massive stack in the second chance but clashed with another monster and finished in the last 30. Od was deep in the H.OR.S.E but again no cigar. So to heal the depression we orderd half the menu. Double choclate fudge cake and vanilla ice yum yum. Weather savage today so just been pooling it up and goin prob play some tennis and gymage. My cousin informs me Monday night is the night to hit State Street. So I think a mad one is on the cards tonight.

Left Vegas this morning on the second attempt to get out of Sin City. Think I won $70k there but lost nearly $20k online. Happy enuf with the end result but a small kick in the nuts considering I did $50k back total. Still its July and I am 80% of the way towards my year profit goal.
This happened last year after 4 months, made 80/90% of my profit goal and pissed about for the rest of the year as I lost my focus. So I am setting a new goal for the next 5 months. I am cutting my role and dropping back limits. Dropping back limits is something I do regulary when I feel my game is not at 100%. Its much easier to iron out problems at lower levels.
Me od chub and reesy decided we needed a break after vegas. So we rented this pretty savage hotel in Santa Barbara. Gud lol 1 nite cost more than a whole week in the gold coast.Has the legit tennis courts, pool, gym and obv unreal wireless. You no when your with some pack of creeps, when you walk into a savage hotel room over lookin santa b bay and the first you hear is "great there are 4 sockets right by the table, ideal!!!" . Then someone threw a spanner in works when questioning will it fit all 4 with adapters, treasure hunt back on, in the end we hunt down 12 with 2 in the jacks. Which really is ideal. Our plans are to chill out here for the week. Try regain some of our physical and mental health after a month in vegas. Needless to say wil spend most of the week on the lappers. Then a night out on State Street thursday, head out to I.V on friday and tell every were on a j1 up from San d for the weekend. Should be a gud lol.
We arrived in late so didnt get out till dinner til after 11p.m. Drove down State Street on the way home. The place was banging and OMG, the talent was unreal. Lookin forward to getting tormented on Thursday night.

I have had enuf of vegas and wil leave 2mor. I played the $1500 satty in bellagio last night and no good but after I just siad to myself I am done with this live poker tourney thing(for a few weeks). Vegas has finally worn me down. It only hit me today when I took a peak at the date that its the 10th of july. I am in Sin City 1 month today bar a 5 day spell in Newport.
I am not sic of poker. Far from it. In fact all I want to do is get out of vegas and play online somewhere. The plans is to kick it somewhere along the californian coast where the climate is milder. Where its possible to leave the shade before 5 p.m.
I leave vegas with fuller pockets than I came in to town with which is not easy to do. I also learned alot about my game and the game in general. I am not as complete a player as I hoped I am. I have been exposed to some some of the best players in the world and have used this trip as a learning expirence as much as anything. Like most things in life but more so in poker most ppl rush to give you there 2 cent's worth. Again like most things alot off ppl dont hav a fucking clue what there on about. However from time to time someone will offer you some advice thats just worth bottling up and keeping. A few occasions on this trip I have gotten that info. I have lived life in the fast lane the last few weeks and the next few weeks and am lookin forward to chillin out.
The above is just a mich mash of taughts. Prob has 3/4 seperate things which I will go thru in the next few days.

Got nocked out of main event, which coinsided with one of my mates flying in from New York for the weekend for 3 nites. That was thurdays nite and I woke up and Sunday morning. Vegas was hit hard. Chub and od still in main event me and reesy gone. Back to work now till we leave vegas. Goin try grind out some cash action.

Spun up $10k online then did $11k back. Won $6k playen cash games in the rio. Played 25/50 and got it in with aa for the $12k pot, gettin the nice hold in.
Marty Smyth won the $10k plo event last nite. Unreal achievement by him not only last nite but over the past 18 months. When he got to the final 5 there was about 30 of us railing him. Atmosphere was unreal. Need less to say a massive piss up followed, which obv lead to some degenerate gamblin. All round was an unreal nite.
Ended up havin $5k on a hand of black jack which I won so won a few k on table games. Got the old j8 od diamonds and deallers busts. When the jack of diamonds winked at me I new the dealer was busting.
Main event 2mor. Sure wil c how that goes.

Durr ur a fish

Got busted by Durr in the $10k plo yesterday, when he cracked my top set on a 60/40. Durr is the top internet plo kid in the world right now winning a few million this year. I suppose if ur goin be beaten may aswel be by the best. Really happy I played the 10k plo I defo had a clear edge in it and would play it again today if it was on, theres so much dead money in the field. Playen a $1,500 event today. When I bust from this I will be $17,500 behind for vegas II.

Goin play the $10k plo today. While plo is my beat game this will be the hardest field I have played in. I prob have no edge in the field if I am being honest and if I do its very small. For this reason it is sheer lunacy playen this event. But feck it, ur only young once and this a tourney I really wanna play and may not be in the position to play it again. I am goin need to run like god to do well in this tourney but we all now I am capeable of that. I defo feel out of my comfort zone playen this, but 2 b honest I luv that feeling. The butterflies are already goin. My head is tellin me to save my $10k but sure its only $10k and I have laods of them.

Played the 1k plo in binions today. 124 runners came 28th with 12 for the money. Played pretty well. Still not sure if i am goin play $10k plo on Sunday. While I may have a small edge not sure if its enough 2 justify putting $10k up for it. Wont mind playing and selling some of myself. So if anyone wants a piece of me email r txted me. $5k wsop 6 handed

Played the 6 handed there, lasted 3hrs before busting. Got it in with jj v ak for the 17k pot. Couple of aces on the flop and a k on the river was more than enuf to send me home. Was pretty card dead for the first few levels and my starting stack of 10k was down to 8k so was moving time. The 6 handed event is super aggro and 40% of the field was gone before I made my exit.
Might play a mega satty tonite and the omaha in binions casino 2mor, there both $1k events.
Played some cash last nite. Played a 10/25/50 plo. Was a soft enough game but only got out winning $100 so was virtually a non event considering I risked $10k.
Got taken out for dinner on a kinda poker business related dinner last nite. Anyway me and chub were sittin oppsite a model and a pornstar(both females with MASSIVE implants). The pornstar had the biggest ballons ever. After about 20 mins of stareing at them I turn to chub and inquired had a motor boat crossed his mind. He insto errupts laughin, he had been think the same thing as me for about the last 20 mins odd also. I rekon I could hav broken all pervious motar boating speeds ever recorded with my expirnece and her jet engines. From the meal it was on to the playboy lounge in the Palms. Savage club that over looks the strips and is full of hot bunnies. Had the tourney the next day so decide to get an early nite.
My sickeness got the better of me and I said I will play cash for an hour before bedy bies. That was 1' oc and it was well after 6a.m before I got home. Thats when the real fun started, when I was confronted with the funniest dilema/sight of my enitire life. I hav 2 ok it with the person involved if I can write about it, but if he agrees it will be up 2mor.

Arrived back in vegas last night. Had a good day in 6 flags yetserday. Just sayen to chub and he agreed that it felt like a month since we were in vegas,so the purpose of the trip was served. Back fresh and ready to rock and roll and heres the plan.
The plans for the next fews day are:
1. Thur 27th $5k 6 handed event
2. Sunday 31st $10k plo- not sure if I will defo play this
3. Thurdays 3rd $10k nlh Main Event
Will also play a few mega satties which are $1k a pop. Also take some % of chub in the main event. So my out lay for this part of the trip wil be between $35k-$40k. So if I get no cashs it will be a significant kick in the crown jules.
Did the $9k bac I won pissed. Got my money in gud in 5 big pots and lost all. The last was a $9k
pot in 25/50 got it in 60/40.(Playen on cake)
I usually dont freq with bog men but whenever I do I hav to say I hav a fondness for there descriptions of things. Been in the company of Donal Norton for the last few days (muck savage from tipp). Anyway heres his discription of a person after we used the standard expression in describing some as a string of piss.
Norton: No no I tell wat he is like, you no when a new born calf does a shit!
He goes on to tell us how its all yellow and runny and other gr8 descriptions about it. I mean every should hav a token bogger mate.

Newport and some quality sickness

Comeing to the end of our stay in newport. Has been gr8. 3 solid nites of gettin absloute banna's. Also got a quality amout of gamblin in. Between me chub Norton and Rory we have gambled the GDP of a small Africian country on paper rock siscors. Think I am up small. Were stayen with Rorys college mates who are your typical students(skinty) just gettin enuf money to eat cheap noodles and get $14 for a crate of natural ice(dutch gold of america). Came in hammerd the other nite and they wanted to see the king(me) in action. Booted up the machine and logged in to $25-$50 plo and quickly spun up a $9k profit, might put up some of the hands, was gettin sick bluffs in. Also they are quite amazed at our unwillingness to breath unless we hav some sort of bet on that equates to an amount they could live on for a week. However we have been crupting these normies slowy and got a few of them 2 open up poker acc's. Sayen wil stake them in. Feel like a drug dealer, givin the first 1 free. They also think it the best thing ever as they have seen us clear about $20k in the 3 days we hav been in there gaff.
Took the nite off boozin and played tournies on stars, putting some nice last longer bets on the side with the lads. Ends up chub and norton fting seperate tournies for a $3k pay day for each of the them. Fallon also got a $3/4k scoop there last nite so a decent few days for irish kids on stars.
Played in a casino in LA there, did a nice $1600, also did $4k back online of the $9k I won, really have to stop playing sober. Wil head bac towards vegas shortly. Break has been real gud. We hav plans of goin 2 six flags 2mor but its 3 in the mornig now and no signs of the gambling stopping.

Played the $1500 today, last 30 mins or so. The jack of diamonds arrives on the river to makes my opponents gutter. Fair play to the jack of diamonds, kinda wanted to get out of vegas anyway. Sittin in the airport now, on the way to Newport beach. Goin smash it up there for the weekend with out the risk of doin my tits on black jack and fake tits. Bac in vegas on wed or thur of next week. Might play a bit in the commerce over the weekend but r&r wil be the order of the day.

100k feels nice

Where to start. Well best score of my life and all said and done a $100k is some chunk of change to bank. It was a long but very enjoyable tourney. Due to the fact it was 6 handed meant one was constantly involved. I have never really gone in to much depth about hands in this blog and dont really intend on starting now. However to go that far I obv put some sick 1's on ppl, the jack of diamonds was my friend and he popped his head up twice when he was required to get me out of 10% underdog situations. For that the Jack of diamonds will always be my friend. I pulled several wild bluffs which served me well but alas it was 2 b my downfall. I came across some unreal players and learned a lot. Played with ept,wsop and wpt winners.
DAY OF FINAL EVENT
Couldn't sleep the night before, got 3 hours sleep from 3a.m til 6.am. Woke up and dicked around for an hour, couldn't get backed to sleep. Went down to the gym and churned out 5k on the thread mill, then protein shake and a bagel. Could barely eat, felt like throwing up. Nerves or excitement I dunno but managed to force the bagel in. Went back and got 2 or 3 hours sleep. Before the cards were in the air and I reckon I had spent about 3 hours going over the final table, how I want to play it, how I taught the rest would play it. It was a tough final table. Due to the fact it was 6 handed fish were exposed and expelled from the tournament much more quickly than in a 9 handed tourney. Final tabled panned out just as I had taught it might however all I was seeing was j2 37 off etc. I'd like to thank Micheal Trimby for the helpful advice he offered me. He turned up at the start of the final table and offered me some v sound advice and also at the break. Hes an experience tournament player and was in this position before. With the cost of an orbit being 50k, 350k was the amount I decided to draw the line in the sand at. I made my move and it wasn't to be.
I said regardless of wat happened I would just b happy even if I got done on 1 outer. To play in the final table of a wsop event is a dream come true and 1 will hope to replicate. In poker terms I am only a kid and am just going to use this as another building block in the development of my game.
I'd like to thank all those who wished me good luck on boards and in texts. It did mean a lot and defo gave me a confidence boost. Good lol walking around with $100k in stacks of $5k made up of $100 bills. For those of you wondering what it feels like, its feels real good. Wired the shit home so wont b doin it in house games.
Highlight of the tourney was sittin beside some ginger lad. Player busts I say were all gettin $20k. Havin not said a word he announces "This has been hard work, defo rewarding myself with a hooker when its done", gingers are just so cute.

hard work but no payday

Played the $3k yesterday. Got an ok stack early went from 6k starting stack up to 16k after 2hrs. First table was soft but got broken 3hrs in and got moved to a much harder one. Was card dead and just sat there being sooooo patient. Anyway there wasnt any really interesting hands bar shoving with 62 on a k103 board and getting told nice hand by some old yank who obv had some of it as took ages to fold. Showed the nut low and made him correct his comment to nice move. Ended up busting with 66 v A10 for a 20k pot in 150 place, with 73 for the money, annoying to make it thru 80% of the field and get no joy. Off to play the $2,500 6 max now.

Played the mega satty last nite for the second time. Its $1k in and and I chopped it for $8,6k. Played some unreal stuff. Need it to b honest and gets me pretty much back level for vegas. Me and chub did a deal, so he eventually got something from sawping action with me. So I will be putting him in to the $2,5k event 2mor for 40% of the action. I am off to play a $3k event now.
In terms of online I recored my 4th losing week, did $9k.

Got to vegas. Went on the absolute rip last night with chub and my school mates who are in vegas at the mo.
Played the round of each there lasted 50mins. Its a 5k starting stack blinds 50/75 in the holdem and 25/50 in the plo so its a fast movin tourney. Got crippled early on with ak. Raised it up and called by a decent player behind. Flop a62 i lead 300 into 550 r so. Turn a 6. Which imo is a gud card. I check he bets 800 I call. River a 3, i check and he bets 1500 I call and he has 222. Like he eithier has 222 or ak/aq/aj there. Not sure if goin broke would hav been the right play. Played a hand nicely got backed up to 4,500. Said to chub not calling any one light today. Obv didnt stick 2 my plan and ran into the nuts with a light call. Lokin bac on the hand it was unreal bad play by me(was in plo). Was 1200 on the river about 30% of my stack.

I semibluff and bet pot 1050 thinkin no 1 behind can have a set as not checkin on a drawy board and its unlikely a set of 777's is out there given my holding. Anyway some ginger duth fucker, (same bollox who got me with the 222) was slow playen the kkk behind. He sticks me in, and I call off my last 1600. I am a 2/1 dog and a blank falls on the river.
Frist wsop event and its over in 50 mins. Annoyed about the call i made but other than that it was all standard stuff. Ur so shallow u lose one biggish pot and ur on a life support machine.

Funny story
Got the old shits from the dehydration. Had a few nervous moments, we were close to poopy in the pants time. Really adds to the excitment, it basically means i am part taking is some sort of gambling the whole time and some times several forms. To add to the excitment it can be hard to hunt down a toilet in these mazy casino's. Anyway just as I nearly soilded my self as I rushed from the bj table it reminded me of Irish college about 10 years ago. Me and Mc Shane were in a house full of bogers who didnt really like us for some reason. We used to play poker in the house where me and Mc Staz would relieve them of the hard earned money they got from there poor farming parents. One day a big pot developed when I had the best of it. I was dieing for a wee wee but if I left the table my hand was dead. Anyway your man was taking an age to call off his money, he also knew I was in bad need of the bathroom . Eventually he calls and I bolt out the door to the toilet. In the process the dam bursts and I drench myself. I am seen and there are 20 rowdy lads banging the door of the toilet as i am sittin in there wondering would should I have bet move on the river.

Played a very small bit last night before leaving, dropped a quick $5k in 25/50 plo. Was in about 5 2/3k pots and lost them all but on average I was prob 40% dog so clear to see I wasnt playen great but wasnt playing badly eithier, just literally nothing went for me. This puts me right on track for my 4th losing week. Think vegas has come at the right time as looking forward to getting away from the machine.
After spending 4 hrs on the runway our connection flight form JFK to las vegas it was canceled because of bad weather. The flight was only 5hrs 50 mins. One of my mates lives in Manhattan so just chillin in his gaff now, do a bit of shopping and were booked on an evening flight. Cant complain to much, theres a lot worse things than be stuck in the heart of New York City. A few school mates are in lv at the mo for a few nights. Was more annoyed about missin what would have been a very rowdy night of black jack/1/2 nlh with buck loads of abuse for the ppl in the game and then some slick las vegas night club. Goin head out 2nite instead if our flight gets there. Round of each doesnt start til 5 p.m on thurs.
On a side note its great to be back in the land of the fake breast, they really do make for sooo much more interesting viewing while just living your life. Hopefully they will become like air bags where they will no longer be an extra but a standard feature.
